Hello, in android marked find out the name of the app you want to download and if possible a link for the app builder. Find out the site for app builder site and see if they have bltadwin.ru file there for download.. If they do have it, download,apk file to your computer and then transfer file to memory card through USB. Once you make a selection, you can proceed to downloading the app. Tap Always Allow if you never want your iPhone to ask for permission when you try to download an app without Wi-Fi.
