Arma 3 workshop mods not downloading

It started around the middle of Dec until now. For example the RKSL mod recently uploaded sits in the QUEUE waiting to be downloaded but it never does. Whenever I download an Arma 3 workshop mod, it doesn't install. It will download just fine, but the launcher just refuses to say a new mod as been loaded.
